I'm getting some new music over Labor Day, so the next update likely be just after that, probably the second week in September. Stay tuned!

Just added a stack of recent Rockapella originals 'cuz, let's face it, they kick butt:

  • Ellie My Love

  • Lift Up
  • Moments of You
  • On The Last Night
  • So Much Better

  • Also added info on how you can add your group's songs to the rotation. Enjoy!

I've added several tracks from The Coats (formerly The Trenchcoats)... listen for "Bridge Over Troubled Water," "Come Together," "Don't Bring Me Down" (a cappella ELO! gotta love it!) and a fantastic live version of "Joy To The World." For more info on this great Seattle-based quartet, check out their web site at http://www.thecoats.net/.

Looks like I got ahead of schedule! Just added several new tracks from Mockingbird, a great all-female trio out of the Pacific Northwest. Listen for their "Come Softly To Me," "Everything Possible," "Log Cabin" (with yodeling! yeah!), "Love Grows One By One," the fun "Pancakes" and "Sh' Boom" and finally the original "Amoeba Hop." For more information about Mockingbird, send an email to mockingbird3@earthlink.net.

I've also cleaned up almost all of the ID3 tags, which is the information attached to each song that gives the song title, artist and album name. Now as you listen to the songs, you should get more detailed info for each track and it'll be formatted correctly, too (yeah!).

There's more information coming soon, but for now, you can listen to the A Cappella Always station by clicking here. (Note that it currently only supports connections faster than 56k modems, like DSL, ISDN, cable modem or T-1. If you can't get it at home, try listening in from work!)

Next playlist update: late next week, around August 16...
